How can digital tools and research data help us understand sustainability challenges in different parts of the world? What can we learn from Southeast Asia to mitigate climate change?
Using the interactive SURE Atlas, participants will explore current research on urban sustainability of urban regions in Southeast Asia to investigate what can be learned for our own city, Hamburg. They will examine climate impacts, resilience, and ecological challenges while discovering how global developments are connected to local realities. In the spirit of Clouds & Computing, the workshop shows how digital research tools can make complex information and research visible and accessible.

The workshop will be held in German/English. Participants should bring their own tablets if possible.
